Your systems, your ownership
Client accounts, licences, databases and business data remain under your ownership and control. Work takes place in your approved systems; any necessary export is agreed in scope.
CRM and digital marketing Hong Kong
We run the customer side of the business for corporate clients: the CRM that holds the data, the campaigns that fill it, and the reporting that shows what each one returned.
Strategy. Systems. A clear view of what works.

What we do
Campaign objectives, audiences, channels, budgets, responsibilities and measurement points documented in an agreed plan.
Paid, search, email and outbound activity coordinated around a qualified-lead definition agreed with the client’s sales team.
Lifecycle messages, sequences, triggers and follow-up rules designed for implementation inside the client’s approved platform.
Coordination of media planning, campaign assets, schedules, approvals and reporting across the channels included in scope.
Segmentation and campaign planning for renewal, repeat-purchase, win-back and re-engagement activity.
Requirements review, platform assessment, configuration planning, rollout coordination and documented handover for the client’s team.
Field structure, deduplication rules, data-quality reviews and reusable segments prepared for agreed campaign and reporting needs.
Lifecycle stages, ownership rules, handover points and follow-up processes mapped from initial enquiry to agreed commercial outcomes.
Role-based sessions, operating notes and process guidance for the sales, marketing and support users included in the project.
A monthly report covering the agreed channels, customer activity and pipeline measures available from the client’s systems.

How we work
01
Up to two weeks
We review the approved brief, CRM structure, data and current activity. Audit notes and priorities document the starting point; timing depends on access and scope.
02
48-hour outline
An initial campaign outline within 48 hours of an approved brief. Full scope, owners and reporting dates agreed in writing.
03
Ongoing
Approved campaigns, CRM configuration and automation work are coordinated to the agreed scope. Changes, tests and decisions are documented.
04
Monthly
A monthly report summarises the agreed measures, relevant CRM activity and proposed next actions.
An extension of your commercial team. Licences stay in your name, data stays in your system, and every process we introduce is documented so your staff can run it without us.
A corporate marketing team has inconsistent customer records, follow-up stages and campaign reporting. The agreed scope connects those pieces.
The deliverables in the signed scope are provided, agreed testing is recorded, and the client receives the relevant documentation and handover materials.
Illustrative example only. It does not describe a named client or represent guaranteed results. Figures in sample dashboards and reports are example data.
Reporting
Spend, qualified leads and available pipeline values, brought together from your approved CRM and channel sources. Definitions and data limitations are included.
One report covering the agreed channels and the measures available from your systems.
Implementation deliverables, owners and dates agreed in writing.
Illustrative data showing the report format. Not client results.
Verta Global Limited is a Hong Kong-registered provider of CRM implementation coordination, customer-data management, marketing automation, campaign planning and performance reporting services for corporate clients.
We help commercial teams connect campaign activity with the customer records, workflows and reporting used to manage follow-up and evaluate results.
Businesses introducing a CRM or improving the connection between customer acquisition, data, automation and reporting. Each engagement is assessed individually.
Remote delivery, coordinated around your approved scope, systems, owners and reporting timetable. Country and platform availability are confirmed during the initial review.
A dated scope sets out deliverables, owners, access and dependencies. Project notes, configuration records, workflows and reporting outputs support a documented handover.
Access, responsibilities and handover are agreed for each engagement, alongside your permissions, confidentiality requirements and project scope.
Client accounts, licences, databases and business data remain under your ownership and control. Work takes place in your approved systems; any necessary export is agreed in scope.
You decide which systems and permissions are available. Access is limited to the people assigned to the engagement and reviewed when responsibilities change.
Material configurations, workflows, changes and handover steps are documented against the agreed scope. External providers are identified and approved where required.
Credentials and files should be shared through agreed business channels and approved secure methods. Passwords do not belong in ordinary project notes.
Export formats, retention and return or deletion of working files are agreed with you, subject to platform capabilities and record-keeping requirements. Access is removed or adjusted at handover.
Confidentiality and data-processing terms can be agreed in writing. Client information is used for the agreed service; suspected material access issues are escalated through the agreed contact.
Platform suitability is confirmed during the initial review. We do not assume that a particular platform, integration or feature is available until the technical requirements and account configuration have been checked.
Yes, subject to a technical and access review. We assess the current structure, data quality, workflows, user roles and reporting requirements before recommending changes. If you do not yet have a CRM, we can document requirements, review options and coordinate an implementation plan. The final platform decision and subscription remain with you.
An approved brief, project objective, relevant markets and audiences, a description of current systems and activity, named client contacts, and the access needed for the agreed review. Please do not send customer data or credentials through the public enquiry form.
The agreed onboarding scope can include audit notes, a system map, priority list, deliverables and owner matrix, an access plan and delivery schedule. Training, operating notes and handover documentation can be included for the users and processes identified in the scope.
You retain ownership and control of your accounts, licences and business data. Access is provided only for the agreed work and remains subject to your permissions and the written engagement terms.
Monthly reporting can be included in the engagement. It covers the measures and channels agreed in scope and the information available from your systems, with commentary and proposed next actions.
Timing depends on the CRM, data volume, integrations, approvals and scope. An initial campaign outline is provided within 48 hours of an approved brief. The audit normally takes up to two weeks, depending on access and scope. Implementation dates and dependencies are agreed in writing after review.
Ongoing CRM, campaign coordination, reporting and support needs can be included in a written proposal. The services, responsibilities, schedule and fees are agreed for each engagement.
Data review, field mapping, deduplication and migration coordination can be included after the source data, target platform, permissions and backup arrangements have been assessed.
No. Marketing and sales outcomes depend on factors outside a service provider’s control. We commit to agreed processes, deliverables, documentation and reporting. Illustrative examples are not client results or commercial guarantees.
Fees are based on the required services, project complexity, delivery schedule and ongoing support needs. A written proposal is issued after the initial review.
