If you select the optional Quarterly CRM Benchmark checkbox, Verta Global Limited may use your name and email address to send its quarterly CRM and marketing-operations benchmark and related service information. Submitting an enquiry does not require you to subscribe. The form records your choice, its wording and the submission time in the enquiry email. You can withdraw your choice at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe method in a marketing email or emailing an unsubscribe request. We will respect your opt-out; we may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to an enquiry or administer an engagement.

Its short-lived anti-abuse records contain keyed network identifiers, request hashes and expiry times, and are purged after expiry when requests are processed or scheduled maintenance runs. Hosting and email systems may maintain their own operational records.
